Take a few moments out of each day for some peace of mind. The day can fill up quickly with things do to at work, appointments, friends, Facebook, blogging, talking on the phone, children, etc… So take one break a day for yourself to start off with, be with yourself. It has made such a difference in my world. I actually take a break or lunch with myself everyday and it has made such a difference 🙂 I even started taking days to myself and I believe it has calmed my storm. We are always doing for other people so taking time to yourself is very productive. Mee is the title I put into the calendar subject when it is my time out lol. Here is hoping that this gives you some peace in your world even if it’s for a moment 🙂 Cz
